As of the last few days, my lack of cohesive ideas for the video has been thrown helluva far. As a method of generating the most bizarre concepts possible, I have decided to outsource the insanity from merely Sheld, Hud, and I to all of you as well. Now, only the most bizarre ideas will be used, but if it's insane or just purely bizarre and you thought of it, post it in here.
Now, to give you a rough idea of what the lack of a plot has been thus far, I will offer a summary of the filming done.
Session 1 - 6/2002
Dave appears, playing a guitar solo in the Shires' basement, where the whole first scene appears. Slash waltzes in after a few seconds, and asks the honor of jamming. Dave grants it. Atrocious noise ensues for about 5 minutes. After the first "jam", the two begin a bizarre conversation which somehow leads into a guitaring showdown between the two and their bizarre technique. This exhibition ends when Slash uses Dave's face to play Dave's guitar, after Dave uses his own. From there, they lead into an anti Metallica conversation which angers Dave to the point of playing with his fist, and Slash to the point of throwing his pipe and playing with George Washington's head, dude. From there random jamming and dialogue continues for another 10 minutes or so, until for some reason, the duo decides to head to Amber Whisler's graduation party. While in the car, bizarre conversation continues through the whole trip. Upon arriving, they then decide to go to Dave's house instead, and THEN go to her party.
The next scene begins with the duo getting out of Slash's car, and admiring Dave's residence, which is actually the Gibbs home. Dave points out his "awesome ride", in actuality the 1987 Beauville G-20 Van that had recently been given to Brett. The two run over to the van, and Dave starts it up and revs the motor excessively to demonstrate it's impressive "V-8 power". They then turn the car off and head inside the house.
Inside the house, the film is interrupted, and then the interruption of the film is interrupted to show Sheldon with an ogre head torturing Daisy.
The film randomly continues at the Shires' house, where Dave and Slash exchange a guitar solo, and then resume jamming for about 10 minutes. At some point, they both decide to go to nightsoccer in Auburn.
The film cuts to the duo arriving at the workplace of Keenan, a new character. They welcome Keenan, and encourage him to do illicit drugs as to obtain the state of "coolness". The trio then heads to Keenan's house in preparation of night soccer.
At Keenan's house, some bizarre dialogue occurs, and the Chicken Man is beaten severely for no obvious reason. They then head to Night Soccer.
Dave and Slash receive an unwelcome reception at night soccer, and nothing eventful occurs, with the exception of the duo changing faces and mimicking Pat Janssen. The first session FINALLY ends at the conclusion of Night Soccer.
Session 2 - 7/2002
Session 2 was scheduled early in July and was supposed to happen at the Brownville flea market. Unfortunately, on the way from Auburn to Brownville, Keenan, part of the cast, drove his car into a ditch outside the Shires house. The filming was postponed until the next day, as the current day was wasted towing Keenan out of the ditch. However, Brett accidentally and unknowingly ripped off his oil filter on the van while exiting the Shires' driveway that day. The oil leakage proved to be the automotive equivalent of a cerebral hemorrhage to the van's motor, and when the van's V-8 blew up the next day, Brett was grounded and filming postponed indefinitely.
Session 3 - 5/2003
This session begins with Dave and Slash walking off the soccer field, as if night soccer had just ended. Gradually, they begin to figure out that it's day outside, that they are wearing totally different clothes, and that it's been almost a year since that specific night soccer began, leading Slash to declare: "Woah.....THAT was a LONG night soccer...." On their way from the soccer field, other bizarre dialogue is exchanged.
When they get back to the AHS parking lot, they realize that Slash's car has been turned into a maroon F**d Taurus, and that for some reason, it now belongs to Dave. Upon this realization, they become infuriated and begin to beat the Taurus with their "faces". Slash then discovers his "girlfriend" in the backseat of the Taurus, much to Dave's dismay. The duo then decide that everyone else must have perished during the long night soccer, and decide to head to Keenan's house to be sure.
At Keenan's house, they find Keenan, and a new character, Donkey. After Slash uses moves he learned from the "Animatrix" to assualt a dog, a fire hydrant, a stop sign, and himself with water guns, they decide to head to Auburn's Legion park to hold a Pro-War/Anti-Peace Telethon in support of renewed World War.
At legion park, the duo introduce the Telethon and it's intentions, and receive an anonymous first call. After a few minutes, Keenan appears, coming outside from the tank in Legion park, where he claims he "heard about the Telethon while listening to the radio inside the tank". Immediately, Dave and Slash begin to press Keenan to donate money to and join the war cause. Keenan asks for an estimate, and Dave estimates that the trio could overtake communist China with $5,000. Keenan is encouraged by this estimate, and trio move towards the Telethon table to sign Keenan onto a contract to donate money and services. For some reason, however, Keenan refuses to sign "fictitous paper with a fictitous pen on a very REAL table", and decides to shoot the fictitous paper with his water gun, which prompts Slash to say ""Fine! Go find someone else who wants to fight a war with your sissy little tank! We'll find better ones on the Sunset Strip!". Keenan is infuriated with this comment and shoots Dave with the gun, causing Dave to cry. When Slash runs to his aide, the duo are gunned down in water, and Keenan runs into the distance to escape, where the session ends. Sheldon's face then appears, making a remark I can't quite remember about an epic.
Session 4 - 9/2004
Session 4 was not completed, and contains only two scenes. The first shows a new character, Jason, of the Jason horror movies, looking around and then jumping into an idling Camaro and doing a burnout and speeding off into the distance. The second scene shows a Dave without sunglasses coming up the stairs into Hudson's attic after returning from church, to jam with Jason, who suddenly is a lot shorter. The two exchange bizarre dialogue, and jam briefly. They then enter a standoff, nearly identical to that of session one, of guitaring techniques. The scene ends with Jason throwing his pick at Dave in frustration. This scene has been axed from being included in the final cut for various reasons.
