I switched over the member group system to a number of posts structure...you have to earn anything above Page by posting more! I think 75 posts upgrades you to a...Knight? Dude, you have to post pictures along with your connections...get pictures together and THEN post the connection; ye shall then have merited the points. Your post total is NOT screwed up; rather, it's spot on, laddie. Just because it doesn't say 1,000,048 posts like before doesn't mean it's screwed up. Have you been playing Thief II on that disk I gave you? HOLY CRAP!!! Level 4 is freaking HARD!!! You get ambushed by a buttload of city militia in a bar and have to get home, grab a key, then zip on over across town again to open a gate and run out of town. I killed 35 guards and 9 civilians in about forty minutes...that game is so tough! Anyway, back to pictures:  A picture from level 4 of Thief II: The Metal Age that I got off the Web, thus proving that my computer has an insanely dark screen in comparison, and that my copy seems to be the only one that refuses to give you the HUD!!! I didn't know you got those little images of your weapons and items! No wonder I suck at this game!   Kevin Costner, the worst actor in history.  A Gibson Flying V...the guitar Julie SHOULD be getting! ;D |

the connection here is simple!
The game is called Theif II, and theives typically STEAL things, correct?
Kevin Costner's most notable movie is "Dances with Wolves", in which the liberal movie-making machine attempts to make you feel remorse for the white man STEALING the land from the primitive Native Americans.
The Gibson sued ESP, Hamer and Jackson amoung other prominent guitarmakers, during the late 70's and 80's for repeatedly STEALING the design of their Flying V and Explorer guitars and using it on their own. Which is why ESP and Jackson explorers and V's look different than traditional Gibsons, if you examine the body closely.
P.S.- Julie's getting an ESP. she doesn't have the money to buy anything but a crappy V, lol. and she only wants to play rhythm guitar, so a explorer makes more sense than a V as far a tone is concerned...but I'd take a V over an explorer any day!!!
